Q: What is SPIFF??

A: A commission bonus that is paid to the Dealer for every new activation of a prepaid service line.


Q: What is Airtime rate commission?

A: Airtime rate commission is a % of money you earn every time you sell a refill or Topup of a monthly rate plan to a customer. (This is only earned when you are selling it directly to your customer).


Q: What is Residual?

A: Residual is a percentage of commission you automatically earn when a customer refills their plan. (This is earned even if the customer does not refill directly with you).


Q: What is Port-in?

A: When a customer switches from one wireless phone carrier to another and retains the same phone number.


Q: How do I become a Dealer?

Q: Who can become a Dealer?

A: You must be a retailer that has a business address to offer our products and services (we do not set up for residential addresses).


Q: I'm approved to be a Dealer, now what?

A: Your Sales Account Manager will contact you to assist with your first order of SIM cards, handsets, accessories and marketing material.


Q: How much can I make?

A: You can make an average of up to 150% of the plan value for each plan you activate. Sometimes promotional incentives allow for even more. You can also earn revenue on monthly airtime renewals up to 8.5% and handset rebates are often available on select models that can push your profits even higher.


Q: What kind of support can I expect?

A: You will have support through Cellucom with your Account Sales Manager as well as office customer support, plus support through Tracfone and our TSP partners.

Handset and Accessory Terms and Condition Classifications

These are some of the industry common terms and abbreviations you will hear.


Handset Condition Classifications

OEM – Original Equipment Manufacturer

New – Handset is brand new with OEM accessories (shipped in OEM packaging).

Like New – Like new condition with no signs of use. Product may be shipped in an OEM/generic box with OEM/aftermarket accessories.

Factory Refurbished – Handset is refurbished by the original handset manufacturer with OEM/aftermarket accessories (may be shipped in OEM/ generic packaging).

Refurbished – Handset is refurbished by a quality 3rd party company to look like new with OEM/AM accessories (may be shipped in OEM or generic packaging).

A-Stock Carrier Return – Handset has little to no signs of use. Hairline scratch on housing or screen. Product may be shipped in an OEM/generic box with OEM/aftermarket accessories.

B-Stock Carrier Return – Handset has multiple scratches/scuffing on housing or screen. Product may be shipped in an OEM/generic box with OEM/aftermarket accessories.

C-Stock Carrier Return – Handset has excessive scratching, scuffing or chipping on housing or screen. Product may be shipped in an OEM/generic box with OEM/aftermarket accessories.

Accessory Condition Classifications

Bulk – Due to their lower pricing, items that are bulk will come packaged in non-blister packages, individual plastic bags, or no packaging at all.

Blister – Products are packaged in retail-ready display boxes.

OEM – Product is made by the original equipment manufacturer (products shipped in blister or bulk packaging).

After Market – Product is brand new and made by a third party manufacturer.

New – Item is brand new and comes in OEM packaging.

A-Stock Carrier Return – Item is in perfect condition (products shipped in blister or bulk packaging).

B-Stock Carrier Return – Item is in near perfect condition with very minor signs of wear (products could be blister or bulk packaging).

C-Stock Carrier Return – Item is in great condition some noticeable signs of wear (products shipped in blister or bulk packaging).
